1-Queen bedroom 32' with kitchen area on the beach camper trailer with space for extra RV unit, cars, or tents at least 80' wide area, free use of 2 kayaks, cooler, 2 hammocks, fire pit with grill.

2-Queen bedroom 28'-32' with kitchen area on the beach camper trailer with space for 7 tents, cars, at least 200' wide area, free use of 2 kayaks, cooler, 2 hammocks, fire pit with grill on Sunset Beach

3- 3 bedroom house on the lake with private beach area comes with either TS1 at no additional cost or if rented. the green beach area. Master bedroom has both a king bed and a queen bed, with TV/remote, desk and printer and recliner, master shower, double sinks, toilet, bathroom fan, closet. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed desk, chair, TV/remote, closet, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, Futon, TV/remote, closet, hall full bathroom with shower/bath. Laundry room with det/dryer sheets. Large kitchen, 8 seated table, pebble ice-maker, fridge/freezer, separate control bedrooms with individual temperature control, fully equipped kitchen for large groups, 2 large sectional 7 person leather sectionals in the living area seats 14. extra chairs and folding tables, large TV/remote, note that TV;s have prime, netflex, disney plus, roku channels, kitchen has packed full spice cabinet with many herbs and spices. front porch with additional seating for 6 with table, barbecue, fire pit, little farm with free roam chickens, fenced goats, and ducks. Use of 4 Kayaks with life jackets, and Paddle Boat, cooler, camp chairs.House Rents between $375 and $450 per night if rented directly with no additional fees. Guest that rent house can book Trailers at a discount if available. Nightly Rental $350 to $450 from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Monthly rental for house 30 days at a time after Labor day for $3,500 furnished with usually utilities,

Children 14 and under fish free with fishing licensed adults, we have 3 licensed adults on site. and fishing poles.

Unforgettable experience! I needed to play and relax, and I did. The free perks and amenities made our stay truly special and memorable. I was happy to not have run out and to buy everything and pack it for a 12-hour drive. I saved a lot of time and money booking the house. She said they had everything, and they did. We slept in a tent they provided the last night of our stay, at the beach, and came back to the house for breakfast, and that had a pantry with all the spices that we needed. The mini-split air conditioning in every room was amazing. They provided a smores package when we arrived and, the first firewood, and fire pit, ice machine, cooler, hammocks, 6 canoes.

Absolutely amazing! The host at Twin Lakes, the Burnetts went above and beyond to make our event perfect.

When it looked like our trip plans had failed, when it rained, and our tents had blown away. We noticed a beach across the lake with a few 5th wheel trailers parked, and kayaks lined along the shore, we decided that while we could just go home to Provo, there might be an opportunity at the lake.

The Burnetts offered us a water hose and a chance to have a family water fight in order to clean off all of our gear, and then we were able to get a very large portion of shore where we could spread out. We had towels, and kayaks, and room to sprawl out, so we invited more relatives and friends near. and had our first once in a lifetime experience,

We are making plans to come back, this is a great place. I'd like it to stay our secret.
